Currency

General Bonus Terms

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play remain in the bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.

Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to exploit bonuses — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times, using irregular betting patterns to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk, or collaborating with other players to exploit promotional structures — will result in the immediate cancellation of all associated bonuses and may result in permanent account closure.
Expiry of Bonuses
All bonuses are subject to an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from the player's account without compensation. The expiry period for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.

Malfunctions

Players will be notified of any such voiding, and affected bet amounts will be returned to account balances. Wins generated as a direct result of a malfunction — including software errors that produce incorrect odds or payouts — are not valid and will not be paid out.
Cricket Betting Rules
All cricket betting markets at vv444 — covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and bilateral series — are subject to the specific market rules published within each event's betting interface. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or other extraordinary event, settled markets will follow the rules stated in the individual event terms. Unsettled markets will be voided and stakes returned where no applicable rule exists.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vv444 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and — where applicable — referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
Prohibited Activities Include
- Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or under false or third-party identities;
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, verification, or the use of platform services;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or betting markets in a manner that provides an unfair advantage;
- Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to generate winnings that would not otherwise have been achievable under normal platform conditions;

- Using the platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that constitutes, facilitates, or is connected to criminal activity;
- Attempting to access any area of the platform beyond your authorised account scope, including attempting to access another player's account;
- Engaging in chargebacks or disputed payment reversals without first attempting to resolve the matter through the vv444 support team;
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing members of the vv444 support team or other players on the platform;
- Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any person under the age of 18.
Account Suspension & Closure
Suspension by vv444
vv444 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any player account at any time, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms. During a suspension, the player will be unable to access their account, place bets, or request withdrawals. vv444 will endeavour to communicate the reason for the suspension to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal constraints on disclosure.
Permanent Closure by vv444
vv444 may permanently close an account without prior notice where:
- The player is found to be under 18 years of age;
- The player has provided materially false information during registration or verification;
- The player has engaged in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7;
- The player has been subject to a chargeback or fraudulent payment reversal that has not been resolved;
- Continued operation of the account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to vv444.
In the event of closure due to breach of these Terms, vv444 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance. In the event of closure for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any legitimate balance will be returned to the player via their last used verified payment method.
Voluntary Account Closure
Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. Before closing an account, any pending withdrawals should be resolved. vv444 will process voluntary closure requests within two business days of confirmation.
Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion through the 24/7 support team. Self-exclusion closes the account for a minimum period of six months and cannot be reversed before the exclusion period expires. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vv444 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including losses resulting from game outcomes, technical failures, payment processing delays, or account suspension. Your sole remedy in respect of any dispute with vv444 is to close your account and cease using the platform.
